Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage is one of the oldest healing techniques, over 2,500 years old. The founder of Thai massage, Dr. Shivago from northern India, was a court doctor and a friend of the Buddha.

Nuad Bo-Rarn (Northern Style), a traditional Thai massage, is protected as cultural heritage by UNESCO. It is considered a skill passed down from generation to generation.
Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai massage is a traditional therapy that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures, without the use of oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during the treatment.

"Yoga for Lazy People"
Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai massage is often referred to as "yoga for lazy people" because the practitioner moves the receiver’s body into yoga-like stretches, guiding their arms and legs in flowing movements. The practitioner uses their thumbs, elbows, knees, and even soft feet along the body’s energy lines and points to bring relief. After such movements, the body is free from contractions or tension, resulting in deep relaxation.
